Early years (1990s)

I have started making music on a 16-bit Commodore Amiga 500 in the golden 1990s. Back in the days I used a MIDI programme called OctaMed and a few Jungle and Eurodance samples friends had sent me over on 3.5″ disks. Later I’ve got myself two Vestax turntables and a mixer. (A rather makeshift studio but you could already see the ambitions 😅)

The future is now

Having set up a new little studio I’m focussing on the production of oldschool and raw type of Techno. That’s where I come from.

Since I don’t believe that tons of expensive effect plugins or instruments are a guarantee of turning you into a really skilled artist, I’d rather focus on mastering just a handful of gear and digital tools. So I use small analog hardware from Roland or Native Instruments, software like Studio One from Presonus or VSTs from Arturia or great open source synthesisers like Surge XT.
